Join Our Team as a Project Controls Specialist – Bruce Power Projects!

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for managing complex projects? We’re seeking an experienced Project Controls Specialist to oversee project schedules, budgets, performance, and deliverables for our Bruce Power Projects.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, and performance metrics.
- Conduct earned value analysis, risk assessments, and financial forecasting.
- Provide accurate, actionable reports to support decision-making for internal and customer stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment with business goals and customer requirements.
What You’ll Bring:
- 10+ years of experience in project controls, with expertise in scheduling and cost management.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Excel, and PMI PMBOK practices.
- Strong understanding of project risks, earned value methodologies, and change management.
- Experience managing complex projects in the nuclear industry, with budgets exceeding $100M.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

The base salary range for this position in [[Ontario]] at the start of employment is expected to be between $[[87,000]] and $[[135,000]] per year. However, the base salary offered is based on local job market factors and may vary further depending on factors specific to the selected job candidate, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to these considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as an annual cash incentive in addition to a full range of medical, retirement, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided at such time the selected job candidate receives an offer of employment.
