Position Overview
Responsible for the overall management and administration of assigned Customer portfolios. This includes ensuring on-time delivery, budgets are met, building customer relationships and all contractual matters through Project Launch, PPQ, Production, and Close-out are met.
Work You’ll Do:
- Collaborate and Create: Develop estimates, schedules, and proposals, ensuring alignment with budgets and objectives. Lead smaller proposal opportunities, host kickoff meetings, and meet deadlines.
- Own the Process: Create and baseline schedules, ensuring alignment with production control and customer commitments. Maintain project health through risk analysis and earned value methodologies like CPI and SPI.
- Engage with Customers: Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, maintaining transparent communication, sharing regular updates, and managing customer-driven requests efficiently.
- Optimize and Innovate: Drive cost/schedule recovery plans, monitor project metrics, coordinate cross-functional resources, and propose innovative solutions to enhance outcomes.
- Drive Success: Lead product and quality reviews to meet customer expectations. Utilize data to analyze project performance and oversee scorecards, forecasting, and reporting.
- Learn and Improve: Organize post-project reviews, applying lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives to fuel future success.
Required Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in Business, Engineering, Science or equivalent
- 3+ years of Project Management experience
- Must possess or be working towards Project Management Professional (PMP) designation.
- Experience with MS Project/P6 or Smartsheets, is an asset.
- Experience in Nuclear industry is an asset.
- Experience with SAP, Oracle is an asset.
- Experience working in an environment requiring detailed traceability of parts and documents.
- Proficient in the use of Excel and Word.
- Excellent relationship and communication skills.
- Highly organized and able to manage priorities.
- Ability to focus and concentrate on fine details.

The base salary range for this position in Ontario (CA-ON) at the start of employment is expected to be between $$89,250 and $$116,025 per year. However, the base salary offered is based on local job market factors and may vary further depending on factors specific to the selected job candidate, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to these considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as an annual cash incentive in addition to a full range of medical, retirement, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided at such time the selected job candidate receives an offer of employment.
