Job Duties:

Provides highly experienced corporate reach-back resource for utilization by BWX Technologies, Inc. contracts by specific assignments on a part time “as-needed” basis. Assignments may include completing independent audits, participating on readiness assessments, corporate assist visits evaluating and reporting on performance, coaching and mentoring personnel in a variety of areas consistent with the individual’s past experience. Each assignment will have a defined scope of work provided by the requesting contract and agreed to by the employee and applicable management. Ability to travel for specific assignments is required.


Experience Requirement:

At least 20  years of experience in a variety of the following areas: nuclear operations management, DOE contractor operations, ISMS, work control, lockout and tagout programs, contractor assurance or assessment programs, nuclear safety basis implementation, start-up or shut-down experience, contract transitions, and significant improvement or change initiatives.
