Job Description / Duties

  • Manufacturing engineering support for EMO shop floor operations. 
  • Research, evaluate, and understand production processes to develop well engineered solutions. 
  • Prepare procedures and drawings to support manufacturing activities. 
  • Resolve daily manufacturing issues in a team environment. 
  • Identify, design, procure, and implement manufacturing, equipment and fixtures. 
  • Effectively communicate design ideas with process engineers and area personnel both orally and in writing. 
  • Perform process monitoring using statistical methods. 
  • Generate process improvements including span and cost reductions.

Job Qualifications / Requirements

  • A BS in engineering from an ABET accredited program (Mechanical preferred) with four years of related experience along with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, shows initiative and creativity with minimal supervision and ability to effectively lead multi-discipline project teams is required. 
  • Team work skills for interaction with both salary and hourly employees is required. 
  • Experience in mechanical design, generating drawings, generating procedures, and technical reports is required. 
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills and strong attention to detail is required. 
  • Experience with Excel and Solid Edge.



US Citizenship, with no dual citizenship is required for this position.
