Electrical Reliability Engineer 4:
Job Description/Duties:
- The primary role of this position is to identify and manage asset reliability risks that could adversely affect plant operations. Will be responsible for defining, designing, developing, monitoring and refining asset maintenance plans. This includes value added preventive maintenance tasks and effective utilization of proactive and predictive technologies. Develops engineering solutions to minimize repetitive equipment and facility failures. Responsible for oversight of vendor maintenance on facility systems. Responsible for creating and reviewing SAP maintenance metrics/reports to enhance equipment uptime. Will be required to update/generate procedures, forms, and review/generate Change documents. Provides technical support to Electrical and Electronics Craftsmen.
Job Qualifications/Requirements:
- - A minimum of a BS in Electrical Engineering plus 7 years of experience. - Must possess experience as a controls engineer. - Must be highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail. - SAP Plant Maintenance experience is preferred. - Must be able to support equipment outages/Shutdown and must be able to work weekends, holidays, off shifts, and call-in's when required. - Must be capable of working in a team environment with Engineering, Maintenance Craftsmen, FLMs and Vendors, - Must be capable of providing technical support to Industrial Engineering Craftsmen and assist in defining appropriate corrective actions - Working knowledge of National Electric Codes, National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) codes and OSHA. - Must be able to demonstrate superior written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
US Citizenship, with no dual citizenship is required for this position.
