We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Student to join our Operations team in Cambridge, ON. This role will provide hands-on support for various operational and environmental health and safety (EHS) initiatives across the site.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with launching and supporting 5S initiatives across the Cambridge site, working closely with the Facilities Site Manager (FSM) team and Director, Component Operations. 
  • Provide general support to the EHS department
  • Digitize and organize company documents through scanning and electronic filing
  • Organize and maintain accurate respirator documentation

 

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting

The base salary range for this position in [[Ontario]] at the start of employment is expected to be between $[[18.50]] and $[[20.50]] per hour. However, the base salary offered is based on local job market factors and may vary further depending on factors specific to the selected job candidate, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to these considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as an annual cash incentive in addition to a full range of medical, retirement, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided at such time the selected job candidate receives an offer of employment.
