Join Our Team as a Methods Analyst in Cambridge, ON!

Are you ready to make an impact in manufacturing? We’re seeking a Methods Analyst to support our Manufacturing Engineering team by preparing and maintaining shop documentation that meets quality system requirements. This junior-intermediate level role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, collaborate with skilled professionals, and help shape our production processes.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop SAP shop routings, production orders, and documentation for manufacturing and repairs.
• Collaborate with engineers and shop personnel to optimize workflows, identify tooling needs, and enhance shop instructions.
• Conduct time studies, set realistic performance standards, and support scheduling.
• Coordinate sublet activities and requisitions in partnership with Project Planning and Supply Management.

What You’ll Bring:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (CET designation is a plus).
• 3 – 10 years experience in heavy fabrication manufacturing, with knowledge of operation sequencing and process flow.
• Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, and tools such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Experience in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or the nuclear industry is an asset.

The base salary range for this position in [[Ontario]] at the start of employment is expected to be between $[[60,000]] and $[[82,000]] per year. However, the base salary offered is based on local job market factors and may vary further depending on factors specific to the selected job candidate, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to these considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as an annual cash incentive in addition to a full range of medical, retirement, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided at such time the selected job candidate receives an offer of employment.
