Position Overview:
As our Customer and Proposal Content Lead (Projects & Field Services) you will work to develop, manage and sustain Projects and Field Services customer facing capabilities and proposal content that represents the business unit's technical strengths and project achievements. You will ensure cohesive, high-quality materials are available to enable effective customer engagement, executive briefings and competitive proposal execution. The role partners closely with Projects and Field Services leadership, Project Management, Proposal Management, Engineering, and Operations to source accurate, current information for customer engagement and proposal development.

Your Day to Day as a Customer and Proposal Content Lead (Projects & Field Services):
Projects and Field Services Capability and Customer Content Development:
- Develop and maintain Projects and Field Services (PFS) capability packages, project accomplishment portfolios, and customer engagement materials.
- Gather and translate complex technical and operational inputs into clear, compelling, customer-focused narratives and visuals.
- Maintain a centralized, version-controlled library of PFS content and visual assets for consistent reuse and rapid deployment.
Proposal Content and Visualization Support:
- Prepare proposal-aligned content, including capability statements, project summaries, differentiators, and supporting visual aids.
- Partner with proposal teams to develop persuasive visuals for executive summaries, pricing justification, and technical submissions.
Executive and Customer Presentation Development:
- Develop presentation materials for customer meetings, executive forums, and industry conferences/events.
- Maintain and continuously improve standardized PFS PowerPoint templates to ensure consistency, professionalism, and efficiency.
PFS Content Stewardship and Compliance:
- Serve as the centralized steward for PFS capability information and project portfolio content, ensuring integrity and traceability.
- Support PFS readiness for outreach events and customer engagements by providing accurate, approved information packages.
Customer Portals, RFP Access and Proposal Submission Support:
- Download RFPs, scope documents, evaluation criteria, and related materials; monitor for amendments and updates.
- Upload final proposal packages, clarifications, and supporting documentation as delegated by Proposal Management.
- Track submission confirmations, deadlines, and portal communications to ensure adherence to customer requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- College Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Technical Writing, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum five (5) years of progressively responsible experience developing customer-facing business content within engineering, energy, nuclear, or other technical sectors.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with demonstrated capability to create executive level visual storytelling and clear representations of complex technical information.
- Experience producing proposal content and supporting proposal teams is preferred.
- Strong writing, editing, and message-structuring skills, with high attention to detail and quality.
- Proven ability to gather input from technical, operational, and commercial teams and convert it into customer-ready materials.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and sustain accuracy under time pressure.

The base salary range for this position in Ontario (CA-ON) at the start of employment is expected to be between $$83,530 and $$108,588 per year. However, the base salary offered is based on local job market factors and may vary further depending on factors specific to the selected job candidate, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to these considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as an annual cash incentive in addition to a full range of medical, retirement, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided at such time the selected job candidate receives an offer of employment.
