Position Overview:
The Project Administrator will play a vital role in supporting the plant Project Managers by facilitating communication between the company and customers, ensuring optimal contract performance, and managing various administrative tasks. This position requires a proactive individual with strong organizational and communication skills who can work independently and lead cross-functional teams.

Your Day to Day as a Project Administrator:

  • Project Administrator shall work under the supervision and/or direction of the reactor plant equipment Project Managers.
  • Act as liaison between the company and the customer.
  • Work with external/internal customers to ensure optimal contract performance, and performance of various administrative tasks related to:
    • Contract costs management
    • Material management
    • Risk management
    • Product shipments
    • Project reporting
    • Executive communications
    • Schedule performance metrics.
  • Additional tasks include, but aren't limited to, aiding in oversight of shop floor activities including setting and communication of production goals, oversight of progress to goals and escalation of manufacturing impediments to the Project Manager.
  • Candidate will be required to work closely with other technical disciplines, as required, to fulfill customers’ requests for information and overall contract needs.

 

Required Qualifications: 

  • 6-8 years' experience in engineering, operations and/or project execution.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or business/operations management.
  • Able to lead cross functional teams to achieve goals.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to be self-directed with minimal day-to-day supervision.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen with no dual citizenship.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) clearance.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SAP production systems, SharePoint and BI reporting tools is preferred.

 The base salary range for this position in Ohio (US-OH) at the start of employment is expected to be between $$81,000 and $$123,000 per year. However, the base salary offered is based on local job market factors, and may vary further depending on factors specific to the selected job candidate, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to these considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as an annual cash incentive in addition to a full range of medical, retirement, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided at such time the selected job candidate receives an offer of employment. If hired, the selected job candidate will be employed 'at-will,’ unless employed at a location and in a position subject to a collective bargaining agreement.  The company further reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment, compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and other market factors.
